Creamy Oreo Crepes

Sift flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, eggs and melted butter. Strain and set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)

Preheat a non-stick pan and pour about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15mins)

Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks are achieved. Mix in crushed Oreos. Transfer into a piping bag. (10mins)

Fill crepes with whipped cream and top with more cookies and cream. Serve immediately. (10mins)
