Easter Egg Mango Graham Ice Lollies

Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada in a blender. Switch on until smooth. Add mangoes and blend until pieces of mango are coarsely chopped into the cream mixture. (10mins)

Pour into egg-shaped molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight. (5mins)

Melt white chocolate using a bowl placed on top of a pot with gently simmering water. Mix until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. (10mins)

Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar. Set aside for decoration. (5mins)

Unmold lollies and dip in melted chocolate. Decorate with graham crumble and sprinkles. Serve immediately. (10mins)
